Squash Spotlight: Your Fall Kitchen Hero
Squash is one of the most versatile fall ingredients. It’s hearty, naturally sweet, and packed with vitamins A + C, perfect for cozy meals this season.
- Roast It

Brush with butter, cinnamon, and a touch of maple syrup. Perfect for: holiday spreads, breakfast, or dessert. - Turn It Into Soup
Blend roasted squash with sautéed onions, garlic, and broth for a creamy (dairy-optional) soup. - Stuff It
Fill roasted acorn or delicata squash with wild rice, sausage, cranberries, or chickpeas. - Use It as “Pasta”
Roast spaghetti squash and scrape into strands. Top with pesto, marinara, or roasted veggies.
