SUNDAY MARKETPLACE RULES & REGULATIONS

 DATES:  The market will begin on Sunday, June 1, 2008 and run every Sunday through September 28, 2008. 

TIME:  The market will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

FEES:  Stall in the pavilion will rent for $15 per Sunday or $50 for the entire month.  Corner stalls are $20.

CHECK IN: Vendors MUST check in prior to setting up stall.  Set up will begin at 9 a.m. and NO earlier. All vendors must be set up and ready for business at 10:00 a.m. 

REGISTRATION:  No late arrivals will be permitted.  The $15 fee must be paid prior to date selling.  All vendors must be pre-approved and pre-registered!

INSURANCE:  Every vendor must sign an insurance waiver (available at the market sign in table) OR present a copy of a valid $500,000 liability policy before selling at the market. 

CLEAN UP:  Every vendor must clean his or her stall and the area around it and remove all trash from the premises.  Those failing to follow this rule will not be allowed to exhibit or sell again.  Dumpsters will not be available.

FOOD VENDORS:  Anyone selling items to be eaten on the market premises must present and display a valid license from the Genesee County Health Department. 

PARKING:  Vendors may park behind their market tables to unload items.  Vehicles MUST then be moved to the back of the parking lot near the Viacom billboard.   

HAWKING:  Hawking, profanity or behavior unbecoming to the market is prohibited.

REST ROOMS:  Rest rooms are available in the basement of the main market.
