Douglas L. St. Souver
 

After fifteen years working in the building/ constructions fields Douglas and his family decide that it was time for a career change. 

After a year of thought and exploration, he decided to enroll himself into culinary school and find work in the hospitality business. 

Three years later, Douglas has had the good fortune to work with and be educated by some of the best chefs in Michigan and the Nation giving him the ability to be a multiple medal winning amateur ice carver and a two time Food Network Challenge Champion.
